I agree that most people are probably balanced oxidizers. I am too. I never followed her meal plan, it just wasn't possible given the menu (I'm a vegetarian), but I have tried a few of the recipes and they were good.
I also try and follow the percentages as best I can. I also used the BMR formula for how many calories to eat which I found to be really helpful.
