Far too many in the church have adopted the motto, “You have to go along to get along”. They are afraid to take a stand for the truth because they don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. They are afraid to say anything, do anything, or take any position that might “rock the boat.” Let someone dare to “rock the boat”, and that person will often find themselves standing alone, while the very people who ought to stand with them make deals with the enemy to protect their own hides.
