I learned that the hard way by marrying someone who was unsaved. To this day, he still persists in saying he is agnostic. We parted years ago, but are still friends.

Maintaining.

2 Timothy 1: 7
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.

Remember that God warns His people against forming close relationships with unsaved people. He forbids marriages like the one Samson was about to enter. That prohibition extends beyond marriage to all the associations we enter into in life. It includes our friendships, our business relationships, our social relationships, etc. Believers need to be very careful about the kind of people they form close associations with in life. The wrong kind of relationships can have a devastating effect on your own spiritual condition. Did You Know? Vic.
