When there is rebellion in a heart, that rebellion will manifest itself through disrespect for others and for the things of God. When you find yourself doing as you please with no regard for how your actions impact others, you are headed for trouble. When you could care less about what God says in His Word; when you could care less about how your actions could hurt others; when you show no regard of peopleís feelings, you are headed for trouble. The desire to live for self; what I think, what I want; and what I feel; is a manifestation of a rebelís heart. It is a warning sign that should be heeded.
