I dislike exercise too but I actually force myself to do it because I realize its the only way to shed those extra pounds and stay healthy. I also work in a very stressful environment and I find it helps me get rid of alot of toxins and stress. To keep it interesting I have alot of different activities I love to do and haved worked hard at finding the one I'm passionate about. My husband and I mountain bike, walk and rollerblade in the summer. In the winter we cross country ski, treadmill, and step/dance aerobics as well as free weights. I still haven't lost any weight though because it's my eating habits that are terrible. I need prayer in that area.
Barbara626 I will pray for you too get inspired about an exercise and get passionate about one that you will like. I have tried so many different things and not all of them I enjoy i.e.pilates.
Anyhow, we woke up to about 15cm of snow so there is about a foot 1/2 of snow sitting on our car and driveway. It is so pure white, fresh and clean it looks so beautiful.
