Way to go, Amber! Congratulations on the birth of your first grandchild. I'm the proud G-ma of 5 (one in heaven) and I have to say, grandchildren are even more fun than children.....I don't say that in front of MY kids. LOL Nancy
Never, EVER give up. Just pick yourself up and keep going.

Grandson (my first grandchild), Connor Julian (the middle name is for my mother, Julia), arrived Saturday at 5:01 pm...while I was still on the highway heading to OK - 3 hours after my daughter arrived at the hospital!!!
Both mom and child are doing great! The nurses were impressed with how well Amber did and she'll either come home Sunday afternoon or Monday, after they circumcise the baby and run the usual tests to make sure everything is as should be.
Honestly, Amber's ease with her first delivery just shows me how important healthy eating and exercising (she does yoga on a regular basis) is to overall health. She didn't tear, didn't need an epidural and very little pain medication. She's doing great and the baby has a full head of black hair!
G'night, All. I'm tired!
