Hello all. New(ish) here, and admittedly one of those folks who doesn't post consistently...but I do want each of you to know that you are a special gift (to The Lord, of course, but) to this team. Just moved my son into his first house yesterday. How exciting! Very hot in New Mexico lately, but we did get a lot of rain yesterday. Now it will be humid! Can't keep me happy huh? Also getting mad at myself for sabotaging my weight loss efforts.

It's great to hear from everyone! Not to mention, I've noticed everyone's ticker seems to be moving in the right direction. This summer for me has been like a roller coaster. For two weeks, I do great. The following two weeks, I gain back most of what I've lost. I've come to a conclusion today. SP rightly tell us that even the smallest accomplishments gives us the confidence and motivation to keep going. What I realized today is that the opposite is also true. Every time I give in to what I think will the smallest fitness indiscretion, I make it easier for myself to do it over and over again. Then each time I find it harder and harder to find the confidence and motivation to start over again. So, my mini-goal is to go three weeks doing what I KNOW I should do. I know it's just one extra week, but that will be a great victory. Sorry, I didn't mean to write a blog here. I hope we keep this up. I really enjoy hearing how everyone is doing.
Hello Everyone, I went on Vacation for 6 days, I went back to work this evening. I also got in 20 minute walk, I went a little over 1 mile. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and lets all try to post more.

Nice to see some posts here. I hope you are all doing better than I. I had family visiting for the weekend and my healthy eating went down the tubes. My family has very disordered eating. I don't have junk food around the house much so they went out and purchased tons to consume and share while they were here. I'm not sure why but I can't stay on my plan when I get around them. Tomorrow start again, sigh. Everyone have a great week. God Bless!
Hey There! I am a newbie here. I think this my first post here. I started just a couple of weeks ago. So far i am not as consistent as I would like w/ loggin in and keeping track of what i eat. But i have been excercising faithfully and doing a better job of drinking my water. I just got a scale so I ill see if I have made any progress in the weight loss dept.Have a great Sunday afternoon!
