I've tried melatonin on our trip to Thailand (12 hour difference) and I agree that it seemed to work well in getting me to fall asleep.

I have used melatonin just for general sleeping help as well as after flying. It helps me get sleepy and therefore fall asleep but does nothing for me to stay asleep (which is not usually my problem). It's nice because I don't feel medicated when I wake up and can take another dose in the middle of the night if I need to. I would try it at home and see if it helps with sleep.

Testimonials? Does it work? I don't suffer too much with jet lag but if it works I'd give it a try.
