I got 21.1 miles in this week. I've joined a Walk Kansas group called the Movin' Mommas and Papa. For walk Kansas I earned 20 miles. Every 15 minutes of exercise = 1 walk ks. mile. I had 307 minutes. emoticon

Got 1.37 miles w/kids last night, and 4.31 walking at work today. Tomorrow is a fieldtrip to the zoo, should get quite a few miles in there.

Good for you.Keep it up! I had double hip-replacement a few months ago and now I can walk up to 3 miles.Of course I'm huffing and puffing the whole time.Plus I complain to my hiking partner that I'm dying.After the walks I feel better and my scales show losses.
My friend injured her knee(she thinks she is a mountain goat and climbs down steep banks to collect cans)As a consequence,I gained a pound last week because she 's not on me to walk further.
I got to blame somebody for that pound.
Keep up the walking!
