So I am having a issue I get out of work at 5 but i dont get home til 7pm from traffic. so I know not eating til like 8 is hurting my diet and I know its not healthy to skip dinner but somenights i do cause i cant even get it done by 8! so I was thinking of some night drinking slim fast for dinner... any thoughts? Would that be okay? anyone try that? Like i am not hungry so i am fine skipping but I think be better to have something still...

Not sure what I would like to reward myself with here.. Maybe a new outfit for my birthday!
End of Year I would like to be down to 170
