The Vanilla slimfast shake is really good. I hate eating breakfast at 8am when I am heading into work so I have this as an alternative. It does keep me from being hungry for 4 hours. However, I do not follow the entire meal plan and don't exercise as of now... so within the 2 weeks of making that my morning routine, haven't seen any changes.

Another idea is the special K meal protein bars..they taste great and also give you fiber and protein. Sometimes drinking your meal you dont feel as satisfied later. The bar can also be kept in your purse or where ever you need it as well so you dont have to worrry about being near a fridge.

Success = Falling down 100 times and getting up 101

Thank you! Yeah i had one in fridge and it tasted not pleasant! LOL i spit it out! So a guy at work suggested WHEY protein... Thats suppose to be good everyone excercise oriented at work seems to drink that so if/when I am gonna try that! :)



Goals Set for 2012:

By 5/10 - Reach 220 (I was 1.1 pound off!)
Reward: Didnt follow diet for mother's day!

By 7/2 - Reach 205
Reward: San Diego Trip

By 9/13 - Reach 190
Have a nice romantic dinner with Hubby

By 12/5 - Reach 175
Not sure what I would like to reward myself with here.. Maybe a new outfit for my birthday!

End of Year I would like to be down to 170

Slim fast may help with your hunger cause it's a meal shake or meal bar but....i looked at the ingrediants once when i was wanting to try it and it ALL SUGAR. seriously the first ingrediant is sugar and then the second ingrediant is some sort of funny name that means sugar. And sugar turn into fat so i really don't think slim fast will give you results especialy if you drink it at night and then sleep on it. but that's my personal opinion on Slim fast.

Maybe you could have a snack with you like nuts or a bannana when you get home to fight the hunger narlies emoticon

So I am having a issue I get out of work at 5 but i dont get home til 7pm from traffic. so I know not eating til like 8 is hurting my diet and I know its not healthy to skip dinner but somenights i do cause i cant even get it done by 8! so I was thinking of some night drinking slim fast for dinner... any thoughts? Would that be okay? anyone try that? Like i am not hungry so i am fine skipping but I think be better to have something still...
