Yup, Slim in 6 is 3 workout videos. Start It Up( 25 min) Ramp It Up (45 min) and Burn It Up (60 min)
Start it up for 1 week, Ramp It Up for 2 weeks and Burn It up for three weeks. I am already seeing results. It is by Beachbody. The music is a bit boring but I always put my own music on anyway. It is also 6 days a week for 6 weeks. I am almost done and love it!
