I encourage everyone to do this. Give up your scale for 6 weeks. By far it probably will be the most difficult thing for anyone to do. I started a program and decided to Give up my scale. Gave it to a friend. I read so many people getting on the scale and then give up or emotional eat. Why must the scale govern our emotions when we are so much stronger than that.
I have 4 more weeks til I see my scale. I can tell you honestly, It is the best thing I have ever done. I get up every day and exercise (run or Slim in 6) because I do not want to disappoint myself with that number I will see on October 1st.
Has anyone tried this? How is everybody doing? What are your choices of working out lately?
