I bought some leggings to wear in my yoga classes. They don't look too bad, actually. My legs are not my worst feature. When I bought them I promised Stacy and Clinton (in my head) to not wear them anywhere but the gym. Then I broke my promise and wore them to stop by Caribou Coffee on the way home from my yoga class.
Hello all! I'm still dealing with all my health issues. Had a bone scan in August; things are stable now, but my oncologist wants me to continue with the chemo I am on so that the cancer does not spread any further. The hardest side effect is that the chemo is hard on the blood counts. When my hemoglobin gets too low, I get very fatigued. It got quite low last month for about 3 weeks, I was so light headed I wasn't even able to drive. Had a blood transfusion about 2 weeks ago and that really helped with the fatigued.
Haven't been out shopping for anything new lately, just haven't felt up to it, but I am hoping, one day soon!
My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, I am now in palliative care for metastatic breast cancer, but I'm not letting cancer stop me from Sparking!
Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

Been getting clothes on sale and excited to be mostly a medium again. So, having fun with that!
DEELYNNE1: I'm on Clinton's Facebook fan page. He was complaining one day because people will see him when he is on his way home from the gym and comment on his gym wear not being by the rules. So, I think they understand about sweatpants and workouts.
Anyone see the articles and interviews about Stacy's new book where she talks about her own weight journeys and her struggle with eating disorders? Cindi

Congratulations! I'm sure he is adorable! And you'll be back to where you want to be (size wise) in no time!
I decided I needed new jeans. Found three pairs that I like and (I think) follow the rules. All three pair for only $42! And that is with sales tax. Also bought a Letterman's jacket to wear on game days to work. Not sure if that one follows the rules, but I wear it anyway!
I think sweats are allowed when exercising.
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
Congrats on your new baby ... no question you're busy. Not much new with me - the only thing I've bought lately is a couple pairs of sweat pants to wear this coming winter for outside walks at the beach; S and C will just have to forgive me if they don't look fashionable, but it gets chilly out there in the early mornings so I'm opting for comfort. Take care.
