Compression shorts usually work for me. I use some from Champion, they come all the way up to 4x. I don't usually wear underwear underneath... they've got a crotch panel anyway.

Compression shorts for me for long runs. I also have to make sure they are long enough so they don't ride up. For short runs I have used vaseline. I just bought and used Body Glide for first half-marathon to use under compression shorts. Didn't have a problem. Good luck!

I dont wear underware when I run, is that what commando means? And I try to wear shorts that are sung or tight on my thighs to keep them from riding up.

Runner's lube for sure, there are plenty of brands, but really you want to use one.

I always go commando for that reason, nothing there to rub against. I also wear compression shorts - all the time, except yoga.

I waxed for years because shaving irritated, but I've been lasered and it's so much better.

Never used glide, but hear it's awesome.

Let me know how it works.

So I have big thighs and the only place I am chafing is the bikini line. So here is my question up for debate I wear spandex and bought some under armor underwear but what else would help shave or not shave, commando instead. I know chafing is part of the game especially with thunder thighs like mine. I just bought some glide. Looking for any other suggestions and tricks of the trade.
