My three goals for this year:
1 meaningful quiet time with God
2 daily exercise
3 portion control

Psalms 31:24 "Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD."
Ecclesiastes 4:12 "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
There are many different things, but here are just a few:
1. Memorize scripture and focus more on the Lord
2. Get married to the man that I love and start our life together
3. Follow a weekly fitness routine and eat healthy daily
4. Begin college again

Goal Weight: 160 lbs
This year was memorable because this is the first time I have been able to lose any significant amount of weight. Tracking my food and exercise has just clicked and I'm losing. That's my goal for 2013, continue to track and hopefully lose more weight. I want to spend more time with the Lord in his Word and prayer.Thanks to everyone for their support!
