I burned over 500 calories!!! I also lost 2lbs last week during that 'Summer Cold'. I'm praying for FULL recovery!!!

I had a wonderful before dinner walk in the 72 degree Texas weather today and may have to battle a couple of cold days but I'm walking as much as possible and getting my strength training in as well. Also cardio dancing is on my cardio for the week. I'm ready to get it done and be strong so I can live long! emoticon

Hello to ALL Fit Team Members! emoticon emoticon

We ARE here! Wow! This year has truly passed by but I know we ALL have had some great progress. We do make progress daily! What are your plans for 2014? Are you going to shake up your current Workout Schedule? Add or Subtract some things?

I'm going for GREATER strength and endurance. Not a whole lot of turning up but taking it up a notch in my cardio. Doing more strength training! Enjoying the Coach Nicole videos for the strength training. And one of her kickboxing videos is my favorite. Not all of them. One of them have them burpies in it lol.

Today I've walked 2 miles and will walk 3 more before the day is over. Upper body strength training. Should be finished early. We have New Year's Eve Service Tonight and I expect to hear a GREAT Word for 2014. emoticon

No matter what KEEP MOVING IN SOME WAY!

What have you been doing ALL November? emoticon

I've been working in all areas of my life. Involved in the write a novel in a month event once again. Getting that word count in and I'm positive I will get the 50,000 before Midnight on November 30, 2013! emoticon

Been doing a lot of walking and getting my strength training in. Walking is so easy to just go out and do or stay in and watch a video. emoticon

WELL TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY AD I'M SO GLAD TO CELEBRATE IT AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT! emoticon

A new month to do more! I'm excited about this month since I was born in it! I expect to do better in every area of my life. That's my goal for the month. BETTER than October! Planning to take this year out STRONG!!! emoticon

Today I had a wonderful three mile evening walk! It was invigorating. And I got to see the sun start to set which meant it was in my eyes! But I changed out to a darker pair of sunglasses so as not to have such a strong glare! emoticon I laugh when I think about that.

May do some cardio dancing later or kickboxing video from Coach NIcole.

It's a cloudy Sunday but it's still a BEAUTIFUL Day! emoticon

I'm intending to finish night with a before bedtime workout. Nothing too intense. I didn't go walk like I was planning. I can walk with Leslie or Jessica Smith(youtube). I like that flexibility. Leslie is on Youtube as well but I do have several of her DVD's.

How is your Fit from the INSIDE out going for October? I'm working hard to get my mind in line with the changes in my body. Sometimes it takes longer for our thinking to line up with our new lifestyle changes that have occurred. But WITH God I will do ALL things THROUGH Christ Who gives me HIS Strength! emoticon

I like those cartwheels! Used to do those really well in Junior High School! Wonder if I can do them now? emoticon

It's finally here! One of the most popular Seasons. Weather is milder and more days are better for walking. That is until it gets dark. I really enjoy taking it outside here in Texas in the Fall. Our grass stays green longer too. I don't think your leaves change colors where you are Roz. Do they?

Where ever you are I encourage you to GO OUTSIDE and play! Walk! Have some FUN!

Hey team what do it do?!! I just want to stop & wish everybody a day filled with Spark Fit from Inside Out! Do something amazing because it will return to you one day and don't question that theory it is correct.

Oldest son in back at school & he is working 30-40hours when he can. I am hoping this helps him in his goals for his life. My youngest is a junior in high school and is working with weights & getting into fitness. He didn't even order fries the other day from McDonalds or eat any of mine. I threw them away or gave them to the birds I think? My daughter is doing well, I & my good friend have my grandson during the week to help my daughter have a peace of mind while she is at work. He is a spoiled little baby but how can he not be. He is the only little baby around us for now & hope to keep it that way for at least 8years. UGH!

I am doing a little chair workout at work since everybody is out today. I pray you guys are fitting fitness & health into your day. Don't worry about the fried chicken it was my protein...lol

I pray your September has been going emoticon I'm still pressing in EVERY area of my life and EXERCISING from the INSIDE out! That's the ONLY way to go! emoticon

I'm going to IMMERSE myself in the Word this week even more. Two online meetings and both start tonight! Thank GOD for GROWING STRONG in HIS Word! emoticon

I might get out and walk before hand today but if not I'll do some type of cardio later on. It's still HOT here in my part of TEXAS. The norm and I really don't let that deter me. I'm cooking some lentils now which only take 45 mins or less to get done. Cooked my chicken breast last night and will add some mixed vegetables. Greek yogurt for dessert will round that out.

I have been pumping up my workouts to get more toned. I'm looking forward to making more progress than ever! Let's take 2013 out with a BANGING off those calories! emoticon

Last day of August and I'm taking it out STRONG!!! emoticon

I've walked 3 miles this morning. emoticon That was outside and I'll do a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk later. Also strength training all my muscles today. emoticon

4 months left in 2013. Seems like it was just January 1! I'm excited about a new month and the triumphs we ALL we have! I EXPECT to make progress!!! Thank the Lord!

Thank God It's the last MONDAY in August! emoticon

We have pushed through and about to get weeks away for FALL!!! emoticon

I'm ready for COOLER weather ALL day!

Today is Walking outside this evening. Cardio dance. A Core video from Spark. I like the standing w/o. Very effective!

Let's take August out strong! I lost 2lbs and I plan on losing MORE the weeks to come!

Sounds like a great workout day!

As for me, I haven't done anything yet, but I'm doing the 10 minutes a day for at least 5 times a week challenge with SP. Last night I did a Victoria Secret workout with PopSugar...it was on Youtube. This workout, worked my butt off! LOL

Well, I'll see what will happen tonight for my workout!

AWESOME August Team!!!

Hi Deb, Hi Dee!!!

My birthday weekend was wonderful! I guess you could say that I got a great workout in on the Sat. because my BF & I went to a museum in Los Angeles...Can you say HOURS of WALKING!!!! lol Anyhow, I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday celebrations!

I hope that you all are well and making the BEST of the first couple of weeks in this month!

As for me, last week I did quite a bit of cleaning!!! I was a FLYLADY for sure! lol emoticon

After my recovery on Monday, I think I'm up for a good 30 minute cardio workout (I even posted a BLOG about it today)!!! I do have a bit of knee pain...which one...BOTH! I don't know I think it was from being on my knees as I cleaned the floors! WHAT WAS I THINKING!!! emoticon And even though they are still somewhat painful I am still going to do some working out!

Oh and since I gained weight, weighing in at 225 pounds on the 1st of August, I'm happy to say that as of today I am at 218.4 pounds, emoticon Me emoticon

Okay, hope that everyone is better than well!!!

Hello Roz!!! How are you doing and how was your birthday? Flylady posted it on Thursday or Friday.

Iím excited about these last months of 2013 an Iím going forward in Purpose and Power of God! I have a mission to really get 10 more pounds off. Build more muscle and to get my healthy eating healthier. I also need more sleep for sure. I think thatís part of my not losing the last 4lbs yet. emoticon

Last year it was almost September before I started that scale move but inches ere coming off. This year Iím turning up my fire and desire! Got to get to GOAL! Bless The Lord!

Good Thursday team! Today I got up early and did a step aerobic workout with weights. I had to cut it down to 30mins as I didn't sleep well last night. Hubs is out on the road so I'm up late talking to him....keeping watch over the house and the youngest son. I am sending him out to the boondocks to get some rest. I pray you are all doing well....

Hello to all!!! Dee you do what you think will bring you success! Chunky? I can't see that in my mind of you! emoticon But we do know our own bodies. God bless your husband! How sweet!

I'm going to walk to the Post Office! Been viewing a Believer's Conference Online so I need to get up! It's A 5 session meeting all week including 4th of July! I' m enjoying the Word! These ministers are helping me fine tune my Spiritual Health and LOVE walk. Sometimes it's hard to walk in Love with everyone but it's a COMMAND and I want to be in OBEDIENCE with my Father! emoticon

I'll do some strength training later on and maybe a dance workout. emoticon Is that core work? lol I used to do those in school. Wouldn't attempt that for a million dollars now! lol

Let's enjoy our new month and make it happen in some way daily! God's with us working ALL out for out Good! He LOVES us and wants to be part of EVERY area of our lives!

Happy July 1st Day team! I have not been as good as I should've been but I want to be better. Over these next few weeks I am going to try to infuse workouts during my day & in the evening time. I always walk during the day but I could put other weight bearing exercises on the menu too.

Lost a few pounds but not ready to post new pics cause I'm still chunky. Hubs loves it but health wise I ain't a good look...lol

I've been walking most days at least 2 miles. Today I did 3 miles already and later on I will finish with Cardio dance and lower body strength training.

Cardio dance is also a constant in my workout plan although I don't do it daily I have to keep it in because it's so much fun. I have an Ipod that I have a playlist on and I plug the phones in my ear and start working out. It seems like it's better than when I used to use my playlist on YouTube. Dancing is my favorite cardio workout for fun! emoticon

Do what makes you all happy. Make it FUN and ENJOY them. emoticon

Hello Roz and Dee! Roz I had a great weekend filled with WALKING! I also got in some Cardio Dance and Strength training. Wrote a Father's Day poem. Wrote on my book. Ate light...although I wanted something else. But I'm BLESSED! Enjoying being free from SO much weight! This is a NEW experience for me! emoticon

Roz my Church frequently have those Prayer conference calls. 15 mins each. We are praying for Kenneth Copeland's Southwest Believer's Convention that starts in Fort Worth July 1. I attend the Church that's part of his ministry. FULL of PRAYER! That's my HEART! emoticon

Well today I already had a 2 mile walk. Felt GREAT! I'm also will be doing a 30 min Cardio Dance workout and lower body strength. emoticon

Well it's FRIDAY!!!! This evening I had a wonderful prayer teleconference (my 1st one with this group). I washed my dishes and then...I got a 1 mile Walk done in my hilly neighborhood in 25 minutes worth of walking and jogging down the hills! emoticon

Came home rested for a bit and then took a relaxing hot shower!!!

Yep, and tomorrow I'll see my parents, for a Pre-Father's Day brunch and then come home to Coach some adults and children in Fashion Show Runway How To's. Then it's on to the park for to get my Juneteenth Kick Off Walk On! Maybe another 1 mile or more??? Well see!

I'm excited about this bout of energy that I have, even if it is only in my head right now! emoticon Well, tomorrow on Friday I'm starting a different regime which includes walking for the next 7 days in celebration of Juneteenth, we'll see how that works! It actually starts on Saturday with Girl Trek, but I'm doing a pre-day to help me with the feat of walking 1-5 miles.

Well Praise the Lord For You Ms Roz! Thank You For This Information! I Will Utilize It! emoticon

I completed my cardio early today to get it out of the way because storms are heading our way. I walked 35 mins and 25+ Cardio dancing. I completed my day with Lower body 8 min band workout with Coach Nicole and 9 minute Lower body sculpt with Coach Nicole. I have been using Spark Videos for my Strength training for a while now. I really enjoy them!!!

As for me and my routine and all, I gained some weight this past weigh so I'm getting it back down. I'm working on releasing stress and taking things easy the best that I can.

I'm excited about May and making new goals and decisions to enhance the progress I've made and still making. God is GOOD to me! I'm SO grateful!!!

Only walked today at this time. May add a dance workout but I'm sleepy! Stayed up working too late but I'll catch up. Busy day on Saturday which I don't mind. I'm going to Be About It ad get a Workout in as well!!! emoticon

Happy First Friday Ladies! emoticon

We were VERY cold Thursday and it felt like WINTER in TEXAS!!! emoticon

I walked so fast in it and the wind was blowing as well and cloudy so it felt like 30 to me instead of 48. The nearby daycare actually had some children out in the play yard!

Hello Roz & Dee!!!

Breakfast can be anything you want just eat breakfast Dee. I learned to do it daily unless I'm fasting and I know my progress is affected by it. This month I have started to do a different type of breakfast and eat my breakfast food for lunch or dinner. Surprising my body!

The only goal I've decided on at this time is to write 1100 words per day lol. I've come short day 1 but I'll catch up. You do know how LONG winded I can be! emoticon

Thursday's walk was short but I completed 51 mins of Cardio dancing and it was invigorating since I had been doing mostly longer power walking. LOVE to dance for real!!! emoticon
Want to do that! lol

I'm sure there will be many Surprises and Changes for us all in the month of May and The Lord Will Work His Work and GREAT Grace in our lives even MORE!!! He's our Promoter as well as EVERYTHING else! emoticon

Well Dee, big breakfast not needed as much as it's nice just to have a breakfast! And focusing on a healthy any meal is great, so a Great Healthy Lunch is an Awesome thing to strive for!!!!!!

Happy Hump Day!!

I haven't been hungry much for big breakfasts since the warm weather hit but my lunches haven't been the greatest. The way that I found is filling is by having an Healthy Choice for lunch every now & again. Maybe that can help me stay on track & keep me in check.

Hi all!!!

WOW Dee, I So need to do the same as you!!! Darn sodium & sugar sins!

Walking emoticon & Yoga emoticon have been my mode of exercise for the month of April maybe a couple of times each week. It needs to be more, but, that's what I've been working with.

Just started some new medicine and can you say it's giving me dry dry mouth & some nausea, plus I'm still having some pain issues which it's suppose to "help", well it's only been a few days so we'll see. I have to do my part and keep on praying!

Today I walked outside for 35 mins and even a little running. (very little)

Also cardio dance for 40 minutes.

Lower body strength work!

It's a GREAT day to get moving inside and out!!!

Trying to stay fit for April....I am increasing my workouts but doing them in increments. I am finding that this keeps me from being bored. I try to do 10-30mins of one (1) dvd then move on to the next. Sometimes I even almost get to the end but then I can't get my strength training done. UGH!! I need to increase my water, eat more fruits & veggies instead of drinking them and cut out sodium.... Eating less precooked foods....

God bless & today I burned 670calories....

Welcome To An Amazing April Fit Teamers!!!!!!
Yes, this month will be an amazing month of awesomeness for all of us!

Let's see my NEW fitness goals for April are to do more stretching everyday. My muscles get SO stiff, so I must stretch! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon EVERYDAY! I'm actually suppose to be doing yoga 2xs a week increasing to 3 per my doctor's request. But being sick last week, I never got started. So, I've just been stretching on the couch!

Also, I want to do the Leslie Sansone videos. At least 1 a day, if I don't go outside to walk! So those are my fitness goals...MOVE MY BODY EVERY DAY!!! And well, I moved on the 1st and I moved on the 2nd. Every little movement will count and if I do more in the day I'm even more thrilled! emoticon

Well, I hope that you all do well with your goals! And that everyone is feeling better this month than they did in March, becoming more Fit from the Inside Out, as we continue on in this journey!

Hello everyone!!! It's another month and 2013 is getting out the way rather quickly! How did you do in March?

emoticon Any NEW fitness goals on your list for April or any that you are carrying on? We are way into Spring and it feels like winter was just yesterday! emoticon

Well...I am continuing to increase my strength and toning times. emoticon Also increasing my walking distance. My intensity has increased since the first of the year.

Today I walked 3 miles outside and 1 mile with Leslie Sansone on YouTube. I also worked out my lower body with a Coach Nicole video.

I'm raring to go and I hope you are too! Making HISTORY again this month!!!
