For sure talk it over with him and pray about it. See what the Lord has in store for you, as your husband will benefit from the blessings that overflow for you.

Thanks for the heads up on the ream page, going to it right now!

"Bless the LORD, O my soul, & forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities;
Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit;
Who crowns you with loving kindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle." Psalm 103:2-5

Definately!

I want to do the Daniel Fast, but not certain. In talking with DH yesterday he suggested starting off with a 1-3 day fast or just stick with short ones for now.

Wow, this sounds A LOT like my year. And how I might be starting off the new year, SP Jumpstart and possibly the Daniel Fast on the 5th or 6th.

We must keep each other lifted in prayer in these two focused physical and spiritual journeys. emoticon emoticon

Well, we never got to read how everyone was progressing in their goals, SOOKIE.

But as we are in our last days of 2013 I hope that everyone is loving self more and enjoying the benefits of living a healthier life, day by day!

Another good reducing exercise consists in placing both hands against the table edge and pushing back.

So we are a good week into the new year and goals are being realized and accomplishments are shinning through!

How about taking some time out to toot your horn so we can congratulate you! Not only will you receive positive support, but you'll encourage someone else to keep pushing forward!

Or maybe you're not there yet, but you know that writing it down will help you stay accountable. Go ahead and write that goal here, so we can support you along the way!

So how about it? We've all Accomplished getting up and making it to Sparkpeople today! And how about a short term goal, your mid or long term goal. Was it to get up and walk to the sidewalk? Was it to take that multivitamin? Or maybe to start your day with bible reading, meditation or prayer? How are you preparing yourself to be more fit from the inside out?

Whatever it is for 2013, let us know & tell us when you've met it!!! All the best everyone! emoticon
