So how about it? We've all Accomplished getting up and making it to Sparkpeople today! And how about a short term goal, your mid or long term goal. Was it to get up and walk to the sidewalk? Was it to take that multivitamin? Or maybe to start your day with bible reading, meditation or prayer? How are you preparing yourself to be more fit from the inside out?
