Well its seems as if we've a dose of get up & go cause there has lots of activity on this team & this is my favorite team!! Let's make it happen. emoticon I have rescaled my overall health & nutrition & fitness. I hope I see some results when I step on the scale on Sunday.

Made it to Hotlanta & my Uncle was very pleased & that's all you can do in life, touch somebody's life with God & with love!! I'm back to trying to workout 30+ daily by either walking, lifting weights, step aerobics, kickboxing & even jogging. I'm in the trenches with my team! Let's get fit!!

I came across this group and joined on 3/5/08...with every intention of being an active member. emoticon

So..."Where have I been"(?) emoticon ...Spending these last few days with my long-time "friend", MISTY LIGHT. After years of enabling MISTY LIGHT to take control my life, I'm parting ways and TAKING CONTROL OF MY LIFE BACK! emoticon

My QUIT date is scheduled for Saturday, 3/15/2008, at which time, I will be finding other activities to participate in instead of hanging with MISTY LIGHT.
