Ok, so I went for my walk. Did an hour, which included an extra half hour up to the store to get supper. Darn taco craving. Lol.Came back, saw I had an extra food entry on my log, so deleted that, and put the supper calories in. I'm still within my calorie range. Yay! I'm saving the "holiday" milk for tomorrow morning, and I'll have a taco left over from supper tonight that I'll have for lunch tomorrow, or another day. I feel good now.
So, I barely eat anything, I do serving sizes of what I do eat, and I end up going way over my calories by lunchtime due to drinking half my calories. My roommate and I bought some Naked juice for the Vitamin C, since we're both suffering from lasting head colds. That's fine. Then we picked up some flavored egg nog and before I knew it not only had I had lunch, but I'd had the whole bottle of juice and he had poured me a tall 16 oz glass of nog. I can't even drink it. I think I might put it back in the fridge and go work out. I read in Runner's World that drinking chocolate milk is a good post workout beverage. Right now I feel like I'm going to puke if I even look at drinking anything.
