Hey Win@Losing Family! How are you enjoying this hot beautiful Summer we are having? Well some of us anyway! LOL Well I workout a lot outside but with this intense we are having in the East it is kind of dangerous to workout outside because of heat stroke and dehydration from lack of fluids.
So my question is what do you do when you want to workout but it is too hot? Do you skip working out that day or do you do something else? For me, I try to do my workout early in the morning before the sun gets to high in the sky. Or I get it in during the evening when the sun is going down. I also make sure I drink LOTS of water. Before my workout, during my workout and after. I do all my cardio outside but I usually do my ST inside under the fan. (I don't like AC) So what do you do what it is too hot and you want to workout?
