Diet plan- Sensible eating, lots of veggies, low-sodium, staying with in calorie range, light on processed foods.
Breakfast- Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! Must get to the farmers mkt tomorrow for those little apple bananas! I think there's one more grapefruit in there.
Lunch - Using leftover fish (ono) to make a fish taco with napa cabbage, grated carrots, green onion and a spicy chili sauce dressing.
Dinner - Tonight is the one week celebration of new apartment & living single. Found a lovely local beef porterhouse steak, steamed cauliflower & broccoli with a little baked red potato.
Snacks - cantaloupe, low-so V-8, maybe a granola bar.
Water/drinks - Water! Lots of it! Found some crystal light so might have one of those. It's been chilly up here in the evenings and have been enjoying French Vanilla and kinda like pomegranate hot tea.
