Didn't stick to the plan yesterday, but was still healthy! Today's plan:
B - Grapes, cantaloupe, Ezekiel Eng muffin w/LF philly
L - spinach salad with sweet corn, red onion, cucumber, boiled egg white and a small crumble of bacon.
D - Bake a pita for "chips." Sautee mushrooms, onion, garlic then wilt in spinach, grated carrots and zucchini ribbons over some leftover chicken. Romaine lettuce side salad.
S - banana, papaya
S - small side wh.wh. pasta w/marinara
S - McCain's oatmeal w/choc soy milk
There's plenty of healthy choices going on in the fridge & pantry, so if today's plan wanders slightly off (as they usually do), no worries!
