Diet plan- Lo-so, as un-processed as possible, fish and easy chicken, lots of veggies.
Breakfast- home made apicy ahi spring rolls
Lunch- Salad: romaine, Chinese cabbage, grated carrots, lots of cucumber, 2oz chicken, LF Ranch.
Dinner- Small salad w/Annies raspberry lite vinaigrette, home made marinara with wh.wh. pasta or maybe quinoa. Saved room for a little fresh grated parmesen cheese on that pasta!
Snacks- grapes, itty bitty apple banana, 1/2 papaya, probably some air popcorn since it looks like I'll have room in the calorie/carb range.
Water/drinks- Water! Water! Water! Zero calorie Vita-Rain (mango flavor) and maybe a small Perrier...splurged on the Perrier after someone left behind a couple bottles of the fancy San Pelligrino fancy sparkling water.
The turning of the New Year and the first 5-6 days were really bad. Things are looking better. Have had a more positive outlook the last two days. 2010 will indeed be a good year!
