LOL.....I soooo spammed your SPage with links!

Somewhere early/mid December I did a 3 day, all veggie/fruit and non-processed food fast (of course, with the exception of my beloved daily portion of cheese!) Since then I've been trying to keep up the fresh, healthy, whole, clean & non-processed food thing.

OK, if you look at the nutrition tracker, there's Christmas Day madness, a bag of cheeto's another day, nothing but coffee for Bfast one day, an open face canned tuna with egg white sammie another...to bad it's not always the best of the best. I do know, once the "bad" stuff comes creeping in, it's hard to say NO!

It's not always gourmet, most especially when there's a crazy busy work day involved. Today (until late afternoon) I had the luxury of being able to have lovely meals, snacks and pre-prep dinner, so it was a quick throw together once I got home.

Wednesday eats? No firm plans other than the same (or about the same) breakfast. Gotta hit the market and see what's on sale, replenish the Ezekiel english muffin supply (that's one I really budget for).

B - fresh squeezed OJ, Ezekiel sprouted grain muffin w/ LF Philly

L - Easy Zucchini Parmesan (SP recipe), seared ahi lettuce wraps w/pineapple wasabi aioli, salad (cuc, red onion, sweet corn with vinaigrette).

D - Portabella cap stuffed with sauteed spinach, onion, garlic, zucchini, chopped broccoli topped with fresh chopped tomatoes and of course...cheese! Probably havarti.

S - papaya, itty bitty apple banana
S2 - cashews

Ahhh, it's nice to be home and not running around crazy busy working.
The joy of cooking!

....Just tracked everything - 950 calories - I can eat more!! Low sodium, too. Maybe I see one of those 100 cal pac Orville popcorn thingy's in my future.

I am supposed to make (well try to make) omlets for Mike and me. There will be mushrooms and cheese in them. Also Cream of Wheat for me.

Lunch will be my salad since he bought me 2 bags yesterday with cheese, croutons, bacon bits, radishes, carrots, and BURGUNDY Olives. Dressing is a squirt one and most likely the raspberry one he opened.

Dinner is half cooking now and Mike will do the rest. But it is SLOW COOKED CHICKEN. There will be a veggie too.

Snacks....really vary. He has some fudge in there and cookies. then we have ice cream for later on tonight.

I am drinking instant Lattes today...the international stuff and of course my over abundance of water. Will have tea and sugar free kool-aid later on.

A side note. I am so tired that I grabbed a carton from the fridge yesterday with out reading it. I thought it was milk for my scrambled eggs....NOT. It was orange juice. So I cooked the eggs why waist food.

You know something....it gave the eggs a tangy flavor and tasted really good. OK now you know I am stranger than strange.

Man I wish I had the discipline to track my food. I eat healthy most of the time but I don't plan my plans. Like today I know I will be eating veggies and seafood, but what i will eat I don't know yet.
I always admired your discipline! You go my friend!

My comments for today is that I need to add more time to my workouts. Getting kind of lazy. emoticon
Keep taking my Glucosamine and fish oil to keep my joints well lubed. And still taking my vitamins every day.
