Somewhere early/mid December I did a 3 day, all veggie/fruit and non-processed food fast (of course, with the exception of my beloved daily portion of cheese!) Since then I've been trying to keep up the fresh, healthy, whole, clean & non-processed food thing.
OK, if you look at the nutrition tracker, there's Christmas Day madness, a bag of cheeto's another day, nothing but coffee for Bfast one day, an open face canned tuna with egg white sammie another...to bad it's not always the best of the best. I do know, once the "bad" stuff comes creeping in, it's hard to say NO!
It's not always gourmet, most especially when there's a crazy busy work day involved. Today (until late afternoon) I had the luxury of being able to have lovely meals, snacks and pre-prep dinner, so it was a quick throw together once I got home.
Wednesday eats? No firm plans other than the same (or about the same) breakfast. Gotta hit the market and see what's on sale, replenish the Ezekiel english muffin supply (that's one I really budget for).
