I'm not sure that I want to tell you what I had for Saturday...it could be worse I suppose
Diet plan- (Weight Watchers, Atkins, Clean Eating, low-cal, etc)
Breakfast- kashi granola and fruit snack
Lunch- taco salad and ice cream
Dinner- whole wheat pasta & pasta sauce w/ green peppers & mushrooms and some more ice cream
Snacks- pretzels with salsa con queso
Comments- (What you are happy about, what can be improved, concerns, food finds, etc)
I'm happy that I worked out Saturday morning!
