Diet plan- Sensible eating

Breakfast- one pancake, syrup, 2 turkey bacon

Lunch- BBQ pork ribs, 1/4 cup pasta salad and asian pear

Dinner- Taco salad

Snacks- none...will probably snack on some pear for desert

Water/drinks- 6 cups

Comments- I really need to work on my water intake!!!!
