Breakfast- Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with walnuts and milk
Lunch- 1/2 peanut butter sandwich with ff milk
Dinner- grilled chicken, rice pilaf with broccoli
Snacks- 2 brownies, cup ff milk, Luna bar
Water/drinks- 8 cups
