I'm going to vary my workouts more. I used to just run all day long and wonder why I wasn't getting the results I wanted - circuit training is helping me get more of the tone that I'm looking for. Once I have access to a gym again, I plan on varying my workouts even more with the equipment they've got available.
In addition to varying workouts, I'm going to be much better about packing a lunch and eating around other people. Last year, I always told myself that I'd be able to hold myself over 'til dinner... not true! I ended up spending way too much on overpriced food at the campus market, and a lot of times it wasn't as healthy as I would have liked. I've always been self conscious about eating in front of others (still mystifies me!), and I think if I can overcome this, I'll build a healthier relationship with food.
So jealous you can take dance classes! I want to, but my schedules a bit too hectic next term.
Just take five minutes to regroup, and don't ever forget to make time for what makes you happy.
