I'm going to vary my workouts more. I used to just run all day long and wonder why I wasn't getting the results I wanted - circuit training is helping me get more of the tone that I'm looking for. Once I have access to a gym again, I plan on varying my workouts even more with the equipment they've got available.

In addition to varying workouts, I'm going to be much better about packing a lunch and eating around other people. Last year, I always told myself that I'd be able to hold myself over 'til dinner... not true! I ended up spending way too much on overpriced food at the campus market, and a lot of times it wasn't as healthy as I would have liked. I've always been self conscious about eating in front of others (still mystifies me!), and I think if I can overcome this, I'll build a healthier relationship with food.

So jealous you can take dance classes! I want to, but my schedules a bit too hectic next term.

Just take five minutes to regroup, and don't ever forget to make time for what makes you happy.

To get me be committed to working out I registered for a tap class, Irish dancing class, and tae kwon do class. It is my final semester and was able to take any classes i wanted.
I also look forward to checking out the new athletic building with the gym.

Anyone else doing something different this semester to help them reach their goal?
