well, haven't done so well in that--had lots of things get in the way, but i worked hard and such doing scouring and painting and other things on the battleship. no cardio, though, so no real weight loss. well, was off my butt most of the time, which is an improvement.
unfortunately, a bit tired and tense from all that crazy work, so today is a computer catch-up and slightly lazy day. maybe i'll walk this evening to my leslie sansone dvds and start fresh tomorrow. my leg's giving me grief for some reason, and my left shoulder, so i'll have to baby 'em a bit and stretch a lot.

How's everyone doing keeping up with their fitness goals this summer?
Mine is to lose the weight I managed to gain while taking Paxil (a bad breakup, heavy class load, and lots of work made my junior year pretty tough), and I'm halfway there. It's taking lots of work, though! No more nut butters with a spoon :)
I'm trying to remember that even if beach season will end soon enough, my body doesn't have to suffer and pack on the pounds! How are you guys staying motivated to accomplish your goals?
Just take five minutes to regroup, and don't ever forget to make time for what makes you happy.
