Honestly my weight loss journey is not going as I planned. My problem is that I am not consistent. January 2011 I started to exercise but when summer came around I slacked off. Once again in January of this year I started to exercise and now summer is around I'm slacking off once again. I took 1 week off to revamp my exercise plan and think about what new things I can do but then I took another additional week of simply doing nothing. I'm so discouraged. I really don't know what to do. I think my problem is that I'm so angry with other things and I don't even focus on my weight loss journey.
