Lately I have been stressed out! I have never really had a problem losing weight until now, I guess it all caught up with me. I have been really stressed lately because I studied abroad and have put on an extra twenty pounds. I need to lose them fast and in a healthy way. I need help and suggestions because I'm embarrassed and need a friend for encouragement!
