Hi LCOLEY,

Take advantage of the extra hours of daylight that summer gives you! I'm loving the freedom to go for a run either early morning or after work.

If you can't fit in your workout before or after work, is there any way to take workout clothes with you and fit in some exercise on your lunch break? Do you have a locker room at your workplace? If not, you might consider just walking briskly for an hour, then doing some strength training/stretches while you're watching your favorite show after work.

To prevent overindulging, enjoy some of the fresh summer produce that comes during these warmer months. Berries are in season right now (not to mention DELICIOUS frozen!) and can be used to offset ice cream cravings. Also, I'm a huge lover of melons! They're low-cal and keep you hydrated. Summer salads are great for dinner, too. And if you've got a grill, fire it up and try grilled portobello mushrooms with a balsamic vinegar/olive oil marinade - so tasty!

Hello all, I'm home now for at least few months and need serious help. I don't want to pack on more weight and become a complete couch potato. What do you suggest I do to prevent overindulging and tips on how to get and stay moving, even with a summer job. Thanks and happy losing/maintaining!

I'm going to lose this weight and be ready for the BLET next year!
