Thank you so much Saquoia. I've decided to do my exercise outside and I can strength train inside. I have 5lb dumbbells and a resistance band as well. Good luck in you journey as well.

hey :) My name is hailey..
I am also struggling with college weight. i was wondering if you'd like to kind of be my weight loss buddy or somethinn. i've tried all the fad little diets and none of that stuff works. so i'm looking to make a real change. Possibly having motivation from someone in the same boat as me:) let me know

You should find a gym to join, go to the park or just work out in your back yard. With the food just manage the portions of what you eat and drink a lot of water. I'm back home for the summer and that's what is helping me keep up with my goals away from school. You can do it if you really put your mind to it. Good luck and best wishes emoticon

School is over but what will I do about my fitness and eating. I am back at home but I do not want to fall back to my old ways. I can't do my exercise videos at home because there is no space. I also can not cook what I want because once again there is no space. This summer I really want to make some changes in my weight loss goals. Another thing is I will be taking summer classes. I am unsure of what to do. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate it.
