I went into my freshman year weighing 170 pounds. I didn't really like the dining hall food and I was determined to make use of the gym we have on campus. I started eating much less and working out 3 to 4 times a week. My workouts included spin, elliptical, and turbo kick. I just finished my 1st year of college and I am down to 145 pounds. I started spark people to lose that extra 15 pounds I've been trying to shed. I plan on purchasing turbo fire to do so and monitoring my diet. Wish me luck!
