I don't really have any advice, but I've had a bunch of low days lately. I don't know if its the weather or what, but I've just been feeling pretty down. I have set a bunch of goals for this year and I'm afraid of not accomplishing them especially the healthy lifestyle. I am afraid that this time will be like every other time. I have been eating healthy for almost two weeks and usually I see a change by now, but this time I really havent. I know it takes awhile and I need to work on being patient and not expecting immediate results.
Oh and I hit an old man while driving on campus today. Well, I barely tapped him (he just had a bruise on his knee) and he made a big deal and made me call 911 and I got two tickets and now I have to go to court.
Sorry this is so long, I just needed to vent. Lately when I've been having a bad day, I just try to lean on the people I love. And, talking to others on this amazingly, supportive board helps too! Just know if your having a low day, everyone else and I are here for you!
