I've just started walking to work each day. I only work 2 days a week but it's a 3km walk each way. I feel great just doing something and I'm saving lots of petrol money too!
I love the Elliptical...I can EASILY burn 100 calories every 10 minutes. 30 minutes on that thing, I'm sweating like crazy. LOVE IT!
