Make sure you practice portion control. You may think you're only having a serving of something but could be having 2 or 3 instead. Are your meals balanced? Are you burning enough calories? Maybe add more cardio and weight training a couple more times a week, even if it's just squeezing in a brisk 20 minute walk.

I'm having trouble losing weight. I'm not sure where to start. I tried keeping track of my food but that only last a few days. As a college student its very difficult to keep up with things because of my schedule. So far I've made sure I had breakfast. I avoid fried foods and sweets. I make sure I have a vegetables and fruits with each meal. As for exercise I have a cardio kickboxing class twice a week. The class is great but I still don't see any results. I think I even gained more weight. I really don't know what to do. I would really appreciate some suggestions.
