Julie - I've found that combining working out and studying sometimes does the trick. I can usually balance my book/binder on my elliptical and do that while reading for 30min. When I'm doing something you can't combine, I try to look at working out as a break from studying/doing homework/going to class - it provides a physical workout while giving you a rest from the mental workout you're usually getting, which is pretty awesome in my mind. Best of luck keeping it up when you go back!
