weighed in at 124.5 today. Up a pound over the weekend - I'm sure it's salt though (I indulged in cottage cheese and peas with added salt). Sodium is my kryptonite! Have to be super strict about my intake this week to get down to 122 for houseboat vacation by Friday!

Might not get there, but I'll try my hardest! keeping up my workouts and eating lots of veggies.

Just take five minutes to regroup, and don't ever forget to make time for what makes you happy.

got up to 126.5 last week, then back down to 126 today. Hopefully that number keeps going down. I don't think I'll make it to 120 by September 7 (start of houseboat vacation), but hopefully I'll get to 123.

Any suggestions for how to keep my fingers out of the peanut butter jar?

Today I hit my 20 pound mark on my weightloss journey. I feel like I have more energy and love how I feel when I work out. It has taken 8 months to get to this point but I am hoping to be able to lose the next 20 pounds in a more timely manner. Hoping everyone is doing well on their progress!!

10lbs more would make all the worlds a difference. I'd most likely lose this stomach, which has been my main concern due to all the health related concerns that go along with carrying extra weight in your stomach area, and 10lbs would put me under the top range of a healthy weight for me.

Hey there. So my starting weight was 167, my goal weight is 130 and I am currently 159.

First time under 160 in four years, so I'm pretty happy. Plus I've been doing strength training, so I've lost some inches rather than pounds.

I had been losing weight, but then I gained a lot of the weight I lost back in January. I went to the doctor Jan. 19th and I weighed 151 lbs. Today I weighed myself (we just bought a scale lol). and I weigh (drum roll please) 142 lbs. woohoo.

Hi, I'm new to this site and excited to finally lose the weight I gained this year. Last summer I weighed 130, but I'd ultimately like to get back down to my goal weight of 125. I'm currently at 150, which means I have 25 pounds to lose by this summer. Losing 25 pounds in 3 months isn't crazy right?

Hello, I am new to Spark as well as this team. I have been at this weight loss thing for a little over a year now. I originally started at 348 lbs. I got down to 299 at the end of last summer. I am now back up to 309.

I'm very happy to say I've lost 1.6lbs since I last weighed myself. This small little amount has me motivated and excited to go to the gym today.

Has anyone else tried the C25K program? If so, has it worked for you?

Hey everyone! I started here again a couple months ago and i have gained 5 lbs since. I love food so much so its so hard for me not to eat. I lost over 20 lbs on here over 2 years ago but I have gained 15lbs back since I moved to college. I try to work out but it is hard to just get myself there. Having a buddy to go with has made it a little easier. I just really need some support.

What do you all eat that is taste good?! cuz i love to eat
Or what is any advice or words of encouragement you have for me.
