hey there, i was gonna suggest some light exercises or something like that, good stretches would be a help too.
big thing, don't just jump into exercise like i once tried to do. you might feel pretty good for a little while, but when your body starts calming down you'll get vicious headaches and pressure. not good for ya.
definitely its a time to help your body fight this by relaxing and resting some, but light exercise and yoga will likely not hurt a bit, and certainly i think it'd help.
