hey there, i was gonna suggest some light exercises or something like that, good stretches would be a help too.
big thing, don't just jump into exercise like i once tried to do. you might feel pretty good for a little while, but when your body starts calming down you'll get vicious headaches and pressure. not good for ya.
definitely its a time to help your body fight this by relaxing and resting some, but light exercise and yoga will likely not hurt a bit, and certainly i think it'd help.

If you put hot compresses on your face, inhale steam, or eat hot peppers, then that can help to drain the fluid from your sinuses. After that, you should be able to start whatever exercise you want, because of the pain alleviation. Also, yoga feels really good when you have a cold, because it relaxes your body and helps clean it out. I hope this helps!
So I came down with a terrible cold. My whole face is in pain. So being in pain, I have no desire to exercise. Do any of you have any recommendations for how I can motivate myself or things I can "trick" myself into do with out feel like exercise?
