Renee be sure to stretch & move around some to work out that stiffness & sore. I'd sure count it as heavy cleaning workout!! Isn't it a good feeling to have it done. Even if others really couldn't tell what you did, you can!!

Did not go to the gym today, but did three hours of cleaning around the house. And believe me I can feel every bit of the aches in my legs now.....
