Yesterday I took an entire day of rest from strength and cardio for the first time in many months. My plan is to run 3.1 miles today. I can do it on the treadmill; now I'm going to try it outside. Wish me luck!!

Just spinning this morning. I went to visit my mom. had a meeting in the afternoon, shopped for groceries, did laundry and downloaded audible books that I listen to at the gym and on long drives. That's all I could fit in today.

So far - walked Weaver for 15 minutes, did my recumbent bike and now getting ready to go to Curves then water aerobics. I may do some weed pulling this afternoon.

Since I ran a half marathon yesterday...I did a gentle 4 mile walk today.

Wednesday walked treadmill hard for 40 min. Using grade to 10 and speed to 4.0; jog and walk.

Thursday at fitness center I used elliptical for 20 min; stationary bike for 10; nautilus equip for 40 and stretched for 10.

Sunday: walked tunnells before work at hsp for 35 min then had 11,849 steps on pedometer or 5.25 mi.

Monday at Fitness Center 20 min elliptical machine and 45 min of strength training and stretches.
TUES shopping with grandau's & treadmill for 25" after. For total of 11010 steps or4.89 mil.

Friday worked, Walked in tunnells for 35 min. Had over 14,300 steps almost 7 miles total for Christmas day.

Saturday, did strength training for 27 min and walked treadmill for 20 min
