I saw the video a few months ago but thanks for reminding me about it. Val

I've seen a few versions of this. Doing triathlons myself and having worked with special education children, this father son duo gets me going every time!!!! Very beautiful and moving! AMAZING to say the least!!!! Thanks for sharing!
Here is another beautiful video. This man races for and with his son, because his son told him that while they're racing he doesn't feel disabled. This is amazing -- they are doing the Ironman Triathon (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bicycle, 26.2 run)

Boy...lots of sad times for many people. This is why I really do try not to complain in life. The minute you might think you have it bad, you'll discover others who have it worse. Instead of counting "sheep", start counting your blessings! (From the "White Christmas" movie)! www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2-XXzYU77E
TENISWHIZ...I am so sorry to hear about the death of your boss, and also about your mom's illness CINDYLOU. This was a downer weekend for me too because the boss at one of the gyms where I teach classes lost her little 8 year old son. He was born with a medical condition, but had done fine through previous surgeries. This time he didn't make it. We are all so saddened by his loss. I'd known him all of his life, and this was her only child. His funeral was on Saturday...the day before Mother's Day. Please keep her and her husband in your thoughts and prayers. This is a very hard time for the family.

Good Gussie, Pam! You are the Queen of exercise! You must be in fantastic shape!
I'm training a lot for my triathlons and 5K races, but it still doesn't come close to what you do! Way to go...
Glad you had a nice Mother's Day. We had a champagne brunch with my in laws and two sons. It was very nice.... My boss whom I liked had died Sunday from kidney cancer, so that was a downer... She was the principal at our school, so our whole school is in mourning. It's going to be a looong week. :(
Yes, I had a nice Mother's Day. How about you? Actually, I am pretty snowed under in exercise classes for the moment, although several will cancel for the summer. Last Wednesday, I substituted for another instructor, and with her classes and my classes, I taught a total of 9 classes on that day. I believe that is the most that I've ever taught or attended in one day. I made it fine through the day, but I don't think I would want to do that many every day...LOL. Take care all and keep in touch.

I've seen this but enjoy watching it repeatedly. Thanks Pam... Great start to the day!!!!
How've you been these days? Are you getting plenty of exercise class jobs? You must be because I keep seeing you at the top of the activity minutes! You rock in those minutes! Hope you and your son had a great Mother's Day!
