Hi Everyone I got back last week and haven’t had the opportunity to check in ‘til now! My visit was great but I put on 2 lbs. while I was away! However that is somewhat of an achievement when I visit my mom as she is an amazing cook and is of good “old country” stock believing that no one could ever possibly be full. She’s 84 and still cooks 3 meals/day and thrives on people being there for meals. As much as I had a great time visiting my family…I’m glad to be back. It feels good to be on a less lavish meal plan and to be “back in the saddle” again. I have almost 500 emails to muddle through so please forgive me if I miss some. I do want to say welcome to the new members though; I’m looking forward to getting to know
