Hi Team,
Spring will be here in just a few weeks and I know we all can't wait!!
Let's all stay on track or get back on track by
participating in our challenges and Team Goals.
First, I want to give a big Welcome to all our new February members:

Please intoduce your self (if you haven't already)
in the Introduction FORUM under the THREAD
"Welcome Newbies". And post in the
'Getting to know you' & '4 things' Thread. Also post
your birthday in the Birthday thread.

I highly recommend all our members that
don't have spark pages to create one.

entries, links to friends' pages, and more! And
it is easier for your team leaders and team mates
to keep in touch with you for encouragement
and to send you Spark Goodies!

**I want to REMIND everyone NOT to start any new threads.
This is a big No No. We want to keep the team organized.
Post whatever you want in a thread already started.
If you can't find a thread to post it in, post it in chat
or contact myself or one of the other leaders and they
can post it for you.
(Read the first post in our team that says "Read first before posting")
Please read this so if you see STOP signs and YIELD signs,
you will know what they are for.

Team goals not only help yourself but help our team
by meeting our quota for the month. So please participate.
Look under our TEAM GOAL thread for directions on

We only have a small percentage of our team participating.
It is fun to watch our bar go up to meet our teams goals.

~~STREAKS~~
To be able to see you ticker tape on the teams site, you need to go
to your start page. In the middle of the page on the left click on 'my streaks'.
Here you can determine what you want to share with the team etc.
You can also view your streaks on your page.
Any questions about the Team Goals or streaks just post in
the Team goals thread topic. Any comments you have can be posted
there too.

BTW: All directions for each thread are always posted in the first post.
So if you have any doubt as to what the thread is about, just
check the first thread.
