Do not post here.
Go to The Maintainers Team DIET and EXERCISE Forum and click on Pedometers?...
See you there.
Sorry ladies to keep things organized and easy for everyone to find things, this goes under The diet and exercise forum.
Thanks for the post though. Good idea!

I use the OMRON 112 and think it is fantastic. It is very accurate and records steps (you adjust to your stride), aerobic steps, calories, and miles. You don't have to clip it to your waistband, you can put it in a pocket or even slip it into your bra top. I got it through Amazon.

With the cold weather, I've been running on the treadmill and every other day doing some brisk walking at a mall. I want to get an accurate count of the miles I'm putting in, so I need a pedometer. I'm 5'0" tall, so I need a good one that will adjust to my stride. I thought about a GPS, but it won't work inside. Anyone here use a pedometer and some advice on which brand to buy?
