Hi MNNICE, Yes, they are sometimes hard to remember. I have the WW books here so I usually go by their portion sizes. If you ever have a question on something, I can look it up for you.

IT's always a little hard to tell exactly what constitutes one serving of fruits/veggies. I believe an apple is 2 servings, while an orange is 1. A cup of strawberries is 1, while 1/2 c. blueberries is 1. I'm sure I sometimes overestimate and sometimes underestimate, so it probably averages out. I know I've seen a chart somewhere that spells it out, but I can't find it now -- so will do my best to come as close as I can.

Just keep tracking as you have been. Look at our Team goals section of our team page and it will say either sign up now or track now if you have already tracked it. Our team just starts at zero every 1st of the month.
After the first time you click the track now on our team, you can just go to your spark points page and click 'other goals' and it will take you to the goals you have chosen to track.

I increased our goals for Feb. in the exercise, fruits/veggies and water categories since we went met & went over those ones for the month of January.

I don't think it's counting if I mark something after midnight my time. I was pretty much on Ron's weird schedule and wasn't marking things sometimes until after midnight, and it wasn't showing up on my streaks.

January Team SPARK GOAL Results _________________________ Hi Team, Our TEAM GOALS have really improved since last month! Bravo to all of you!
1. vitamin---324 / 300 (108%) We are up 23 vitamins since last month!
2. exercise--22,983 / 20,000 (115%) I had upped our goal for Jan and you still exceeded our goal!
3.fruits/veg.--1,389 / 1,000 (139%) I had upped our goal for Jan and you still exceeded our goal!
4.love your team-188 / 300 (63%) We are not meeting our goal each month on this one. But we have improved from 165 last month to 188 this month.

PLEASE READ.... I have been getting lots of e-mails on how to start a streak and also our team goals. Here are the directions for each:
``````````````` TEAM GOALS AND SPARK STREAKS DIRECTIONS ```````````````
In the middle of our main team page There is Team Goals.
1. Under that you will see Individual Goal: This is where you click to see directions on how to post for each goal. 2. Team December Progress This is a calculator that will add up each goal as we track them as a team. 3.Team Goal: This will show underneath how many we have out of the goal number set for the month.
The far side you click to post in your numbers for the day. When you click here you will see:
Other Goals Page: under 50 Something Maintainers Team Goals Click on each Team goal and write the number you did for the day. Be sure to read the directions for each goal to see how to post for each goal.
```````````````` Your Spark Streaks ----------------------- To share your streaks with our team. You can see who has streaks by going to Our Team Goals and clicking on the left side of each goal. ----------------------- Go to: Spark People start page It will say: START Welcome (your name)
Bottom left under MY SPARK STREAKS Click: See More SparkStreaks
You will go to a page titled MY SPARKSTREAKS Click on button that says: START/MANAGE STREAKS
On this page you can see what streaks you have going on. Under spark team goals 50 Something Maintainers you should see the Love My Team Goal. You can click on the squares to:
Track streaks Share on your page Share with Team
Make sure to click on share with team and track streaks. You will be able to see on our team by going to our TEAM GOALS and clicking on the left side of Love my team goal.
This will show you how many days you have been on a streak. (You can go there now and see my streaks)

November Team Goal Results ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Team, Way to go to all of you that participated in November on the Team Goals! You really outdid yourselves for the "Obtain your daily exercise goals"!! We need some more improvement on our other goals though.
I was a little disappointed to see the small number of Team Members that have Added Team Goals and are participating. We only have 20 members at the most participating!
If you want to suceed in your weight loss/maintenace goals you have to set goals!! Jump in! Participate! Acheive your goals!!
Note the Team Goal Leaders in each of 5 areas: **LADYROSE49 **WORKOUTWITHPAM **LYNNMEYER1 **GUINEFORT **NANCYBURG
All these Team Goal Leaders for Nov. will be receiving a recognition prize award! Maybe it will be YOU next month!

Tomorrow I will be counting up all the team goals. So be sure to have them all in. I will probably be doing it by mid day.

This is a monthly TEAM Challenge. We are working toward our goals together. By joining a team goal you will help the team to get to our monthly goal. ____________________________________
**Post any questions and also how you are doing with your 'TEAM GOALS' Here in this thread.**

The first letter of each team goal above spells out GOALS. That is what we need to concentrate on, our goals to achieve results. Form a plan, achieve our goals, see results!

Our Team Goal Stats for August are in! __________________________ TEAM GOALS:
1. Get in your daily multivitamin! for Aug: We made it 96% of the way to goal. 196/200
2. OBTAIN YOUR DAILY EXERCISE GOALS! For Aug: We made it 97% of the way to Goal. 14588/15000

We especially need to work on the Love your team goal!

to see some of you have signed up for the team goals!
Tips I found: 1. Make sure and click on the left (the title of the goal and it will give you more information on how to post. It may say 30 minutes of exercise or 8 glasses of water in the title, but you are to post how many you did whether you go over or under. (As a team we are trying to meet our goal)
2. These goals are like a challenge against each other and also to see if as a team we can reach our goal for the month.
3. To get your ticker tape going with the goals you are participating in:
Go to your SP start page. Down in the middle left hand side is 'my streaks', click there. It will take you to a page where you can manage your teams goals and other things you want to track. Here you can click if you want to share you goals with the team--click on here if you want to have your ticker tape going for the team goals.
Any questions with the team goals or streaks, you can post the questions here.

~TEAM GOALS~
This is a new feature of Sparks that came out in April. We are starting it June 1st. ____________________________________
~What Are Team Goals: With Team Goals, SparkTeam Leaders can set up to 5 goals for members of their Team. Team members can then choose to "Join" the goal. When they do this, they get the goal added to their "Other Goals" page, and then their tracking totals go towards Team totals. We think this will make SparkTeams even more helpful and fun!
~How to Use Team Goals: You can go to any SparkTeam page and find the "Team Goals" section under the Team Forums. You can then see any goals the leader has set.
When you want to become part of the goal, just click "Join Goal." As mentioned above, the goal will now be added to your Other Goals page. Note however that if your Team sets a Fitness Minutes or SparkPoints goal, you will automatically be part of that goal, since everyone on SparkPeople tracks Fitness Minutes and SparkPoints.
We realize that this is a big feature, and it may take seeing and trying it to fully understand. But, we think members will love it once you give it a try!
