I am counting again. My WW Maintenace says I can go up to 148 pounds. My personal goal was 135 pounds and I achieved that in Nov. 2007.
I usually fluctuate between 135 something and 139 something.
Today I weighed in at 140.2!!!
Very bad for me and also for the challenge of losing 15 pounds by March 1st--my birthday.
So today I commit to counting points closely and measuring everything and posting my points before they go in my mouth!
So far today I had brunch. I am up to 10 points and allow myself 20. I am on the flex plan.
