I think no booze is a great idea. Too many calories. I used to only drink at parties, now I drink when I go out. Of course this could be because I'm going to bars now. LOL. It'll save money too. Count me in.

I didn't do well this week on my no regular soda. At the beginning of the week I kept forgetting because it's such a habit to order a regular coke or a regular pepsi. The end of the week I got sick so I am trying again.
I will again being doing a no regular soda this week.

LCANARR-B - Keep at it! I know for me once the culprit is out of the house I am much better about things...for me that would be sweets and chocolate!
Speaking of that I had one really good day on my habit breaking and one really bad day! Tuesday was great and I though "This is going to be no problem" and then yesterday I had to make sweets for my daughters school and I lost it! Cookie dough in the mouth mindlessly! Ugh! This is a hard one to break because I am a pastry chef! I hope to be over it by next month when I go back to work.
I will keep trying!

Checking In !!!! Sorry, I am working 3rd shift and haven't had much energy. Just went from 1st to 3rd so trying to adjust again.
Anyway, my habit breaking is not going well this week so I will continue on next week.
it is such a bad habit to where I automatically order a pepsi or coke and don't realize it until it's too late. I have both diet and regular pepsi in my fridge. I automatically pick up the regular pepsi to throw in my lunch. It's just a bad habit. When the regular is gone then I won't be buying anymore. More water, no pop !!!
Maybe I will have better luck next week but i will keep trying.
