I recently gained weight because the weather outside hinders my love for running. So I've been cooped up and eating. Haven't done anything all year but things will chance today. Have to be accountable for the food that goes in my mouth. I would love to lose weight without trying to, that would be nice.

Is anyone out there still losing weight without trying to? Are you ok with that or do you want it to stop?
